I took the Update 1 version of your table and sorted the Essences alphabetically and grouped them by letters.
Also took the not consumed "Consumables" and put them in their own group.
Any chance you could make the Magatsuchi gauge full all the times?

I couldn't get skill potentials to save, but found that Sutras used count is at Skill Potential + 30 offset.
MC skill potentials are at pointer + b0 and sutras are +30 address offset from that, too.
Sutras used applies to guest characters as well.

Actually, I think innate skills editing does work. Try testing some other ones.
