Skill points are easy enough to find with 4 byte, but even a clue as to how to find HP or action points in missions would be very appreciated

Easiest is a group search, 2 copies of move 376 byte skip then 2 copies of ap (all in float)

Hello,

I found an easy method to modify the XP of the heroes without using Cheat Engine searches.

Navigate to Save Files: ################################
In the title menu, go to Options -> Gameplay -> Show Save Files.
The game will lead you to the directory where the save files are stored. Look for files with the format Slot_X_Meta.sav.
Important: Back up this file before modifying it to avoid corrupting the file or other unexpected issues.

Modify the Save File: ################################
Go to the website SaveEditOnline and upload the Slot_X_Meta.sav file.
You will be able to see parameters for each hero (e.g., XP 1 means hero 1, etc.).
Set the number to 150 to maximize the level of the hero.

Modifying Points with Cheat Engine: ################################
For modifying points, I use Cheat Engine and set it to 99999.
I attempted to modify the points directly in the save file, but it didn't work. So for SP points, use Cheat Engine with 4 bytes.
