You can also use a program called npm to repack, or you can use another tool called UnrealPakTool to unpack and pack files.
This repository explains some step by step in how to extract, repack and how to enable the mods in Wuthering Waves.

There is some tutorials out there for Fmodel in making your own mods.
The pak11 file is in \Wuthering Waves\Wuthering Waves Game\Client\Content\Paks you will see a file called PakChunk11 ending in .pak
The tree that deals with damage and receiving damage is usually under the following path
client > content > Aki > Javascript > Game > NewWorld > Character and NewWorld > Scenetime
You will see a file like SceneItemHitComponent.js if you right click and save properties as json you will have a file you can view like this..
However to edit it you are best to save as raw data as .uasset and you can load the .js file into VS Code for easy editing.
When you extract as raw data it will be placed in a Output > Export folder then subsequent folders in the pak file in the same folder as the pak file, so before opening it up with Fmodel copy the pak11 file to the Fmodel folder just to make it easier.
If you are unfamiliar with the coding, then you will either have to learn or await someone else to do it, and from what they have done - they have put coding for damage done and received into other files to make it harder to find, so you may not get any type of god mode or damage mod for quite a while.
EDIT: Seems Imgur is being annoying with actually linking to the pic no matter what link I use.
