Some item shops have rare items that don't appear all the time. Starting city has Herb Chicken Recipe. With the option on, they appear at the bottom of the list. Normally, if you are lucky, they appear at the top of the list when they do appear normally. That is what the Rare Items does.
I believe he means Override Shop On Purchase. You can buy any item you need.
I can add that pointer for the party, but I believe you misunderstand the stat growth multiplier. It takes the default game designed stats at whatever level you are at and adds to that, so you can use it at any level. It does not save the changes either, so you always need the option on to augment stats. If you would rather make your Nowa level 1 and level up normally without starting over, then I can see the need for it. You would have to change the EXP also. Every level is 1k XP, and 0 XP is Level 1. I guess if you just made xp 0 and level 1, it might reset the character. Then you can just battle in normal areas to get to where the game wants you to be at whatever point you are in the game. I'll add it in next update.
Yeeeeeah....I definitely misunderstood the cheat xD...I thought it was providing a permanent/saved stat growth as the character levels up....lol
Oh well. Yeah I think also being able to change the level of the characters to something lower or resetting it is also a nice option for those that might feel like "Oops, maybe I didn't want to cheat that much. Maybe I want a bit more challenge from fights".
I decided to add a few more things (a friend has requested I add most support abilities as I find them)
[*]Always Have Kerrin/Martha/Ormand/Pastole Support Abilities (Increases Collection Point 100%)
I also decided to add the following as an option with Infinite Item Outside Battle:
[*]Exclude Material From Infinite Item
The game always tries to take your Material when you enter castle, so with this option on, it clears things out of material like normal if you wish to play with Infinite Items on other things besides material. With the guild missions, earning material becomes pretty easy.
This morning, I couldn't activate the trainer again. Even in title screen. I now have a better understanding of why I had trouble activating the trainers. You need to play the game for a bit to load relevant parts into memory. That means open menus and get into battle at least once. THEN you can enable the trainers.
Is it possible to add about materials for the castle like lumbers, etc?
I'm not sure how to use the materials multiplier
You can buy them with Override Shop Item Id On Purchase. Select them in CE and buy anything and you should get what you selected instead of what the shop says you will get.

Is available to all shop like rune, armor, or general store?

I believe it works for any store, but I've generally used item/general store.
