Assassin's Creed Rogue hood and gas mask toggle

Hi, i'd like to ask is there a way to make a cheat table that allows me to toggle Shay's hood and gas mask (as long as the outfit has one or the other) anytime i want, without having to enter the restricted area or be engulfed in gas? or is that just impossible?
