Good news, i already make small table for this game and uploaded it on nexus mods. It contains infinite stamina, invisibility and others pleasant options
[Link] mods.com/horizonforbiddenwest/mods/5, one file for Horizon, other for Ereban. Not know about others gadgets, but exist simple method for find an change cooldown such item as sonar.
I specially use space in link, because by unknown reason word "nexus mods" always after editing get aotomatically replacing on "fearlessrevolution"...

They must have patched it or I am not using it right as it didn't work for me I missed two shadow orbs and want to go back and find them.
