AOB Scan and Replace All script

Every script I make crashes my Cheat Engine, so I thought I'd start fresh and get some help here. Looking to scan for an AOB and replace all results with a null terminator at the end. There's also an unknown byte in the AOB, so need an if statement embedded in a for loop so that depending on what the unknown byte is, it will write something else
