hi i wish to ask the adm..and the communities if anyone know how to transfer..as i have games in my library to another friends in steam blog..any one please assist if they can..thanks

You can't give hime the game if you own them. only gifts in the inventotry could be sent to a friend. the only thing you can use is familyshare.
