Usually after attaching to the process and enabling cheats, CE will hang for a little bit since it's still loading the games symbols. Same thing happens when you first place a breakpoint on something or when enabling the speedhack. Not sure what causes it but for me it only takes about 10-15 seconds for CE to respond again. This update even seemed to cut that time down to around 5 seconds. I'm guessing the amount of time it takes is dependent on your hardware..
With the cheat disabled, try doing an array of byte scan with the writable option unchecked(faster scans) or grayed. You can find the array inside of the script. The point in this is to see if it produces any results. If it does, the table should work but you may have to give it more time to finish loading the games symbols. If it doesn't, the cheat is incompatible with the steam version.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
@gideon25 Gonna test your "infinite upgrades" table on 1.2.3.35359 (Steam) as I've just switched to the gunship, and that "infinite cannon" option is intriguing. xD

Unfortunately infinite health doesn't prevent components from overheating, and at the same time prevents from repairing them, any chance you can add No Overheating?

Also infinite health doesn't prevent death from life support failure.
Here's a basic table for 1.3.2 x64 on Steam.
A single AOB script which gives you:
- God mode; enables the built-in cheat so it should be pretty reliable
- Infinite energy; enables the built-in cheat so it should be pretty reliable
- Infinite ammo; enables the built-in cheat so it should be pretty reliable
- Weapon Cooldown Mod; allows you to change the delay that takes place after firing a weapon - set to 0 for instant
- Weapon Rampup Mod; allows you to change the delay that takes place before firing a weapon - set to 0 for instant
- Sensor range mod; allows you to change the range of your sensor
- Ship Speed Mod; allows you to change the overall speed of your ship (boost included)
- Min. Resources; allows you to have a min. amount of each resource.
- Blueprint Chance Mod; allows you to change the likelihood of dropping blueprints (1.0 standard, 100.0 almost certain to drop). For reference, the defaults per difficulty settings are: Easy: 1.0, Normal: 1.0, Hard: 1.5.
I did not need much else so I am not planning any updates.
Enjoy
Hi guys. I've started my UE4 analysis using this game (given it was shipped with the .pdb). Hope you won't mind if I slightly hijack the topic posting a dumper for Names/Objects? Let me know if I should create a separate one. If you already have this, do tell, so I don't waste my time See OTWD topic for the DLL logic.
