Yes, I am using the latest version seen in the CE app, which is supposedly 1.7.0.112. I'm on Steam version 1.7.0.133 of the game. It seems like activating either Unlimited Stamina or Unlimited Energy causes the high skill damage.

It does happen in every mission. I've tried it in story mode and some other not-multiplayer modes, and the same thing still happens.

The cheat works well.
Have a bit of weirdness about massive skill damage (like 10M damage or something) and sometimes no damage at all. Sometimes explosive barrels in the map also does no damage.
I mostly always enabled health, accuracy and recoil together with either rapid fire or mega bullet counts, so I'm not sure which cause which.

But I just got banned today, for 10 years lol.
Maybe because they record my damage in neural sim (boss time attack). I normally quit out before it saves but sometimes I didn't notice

Well, I cheated because I hate the grinding so it's time to quit for good.
