Didn't have much luck with this. When I run the Steam game, my exe is wrath-sdl.exe so this trainer doesn't see it. When I manually run wrath.exe from the Steam folder, it says it activated but none of the hotkeys worked.

Not sure what to tell you. That's the executable that I attached to when making the trainer.
