Holy crap, I wasn't expecting someone to just get all the codes, just some help in finding them. Thank you so much! You don't mind me sharing these around do you?
Unfortunately most of them don't work. I'm not sure if they aren't ingame yet or need something else to function. I do wonder how that post on 4chan with all the stratagems in mission got made though.
Yeah i tried a whole bunch of them and none of them seem to work, which one in the list is the patriot thing that does work? i couldnt get a single one
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I've been messing with them all day, and the only one that I know for certain works is the basic patriot mech (A2 8F 4F 1B). There has to be more to it, because I've seen the other mech variant going around.

Swapping MG43 (8F F3 9E 11) with the patriot (A2 8F 4F 1B) works for me
I'm not sure if these are correct. The machine gun/patriot swap mentioned earlier (which works almost flawlessly) uses a different code for the MG43 than what you have listed: 8F F3 9E 11 vs A2 8F 4F 1B
EDIT: Yeah, the machine gun and basic combat walker are backwards on your list.
Also, I'm not sure if it's relevant or has already been stated elsewhere, but "Obsidian" is the mech variant with quad autocannons instead of an HMG and rocket pod.
I mentioned it before, but the Patriot is an anomaly, and the code that was originally posted is the one that has it backwards. That's why when replacing it's code (the Patriot) with almost anything else, it would end up replacing that thing with a Patriot in your pre-mission list. I'll post the entire code block of it, the obsidian, and the MG43 in a bit once I'm out of bed.

It was made by using a paid trainer from CH where you can switch your active stratagem in the first slot mid mission. I refuse to buy a sub to that site, but that was how it was made.

No, I don't mind, more people testing around with this shit and sharing knowledge on dissecting the code blocks to see what means what so we can more freely modify things is always good, this game shouldn't have been online only in the first place.

Hey, just to let you know, it's not that it's an anomaly, yall are just mega confused on what to do. You have to replace the hex of the stratagem you WANT with a stratagem you already have.
Ie if you replace LAV hex with railgun hex, it becomes usable. I have used LAV, both mech, the missile silo, and the stinger, and they al work fine. Feel free to confirm, but this is how it works. This is why it looks like the patriot was an anomaly, because you had done that one right but not a single one after.
Edit: Missile Silo "works" but isn't usable. Drops down, pops up, but the controller for it is still underground.

Also, as far as I can tell any of the mission specific stratagem WILL NOT work because they aren't selectable in mission planning, and the Recon Vehicle is not currently in the game in a working format. Quasar Cannon is the same. Shows up as Laser Pulse Rifle in hex but in game just shows up as another laser Cannon in mission planning.
I am not too versed with cheat engine code / data being edited however I believe I can provide a hint. There should be a signal / value that could be edited which summons the ship for takeoff completing the mission, as it should be client side, maybe there will be a couple of variations of this as there are missions to eliminate automatons / bugs / kill objectives etc. however if this is found we would be able to farm medals quickly

Ohhh! Makes a ton of sense in hindsight! Thank you a ton for the information.

Figured while lying in bed to sleep, but ugh, had to force myself to just sleep instead of more testing, glad it works that simply. Now we just need to find out how it decides what we have access to and if that is client side/able to be altered on our end, I'd love to have the SEAF Squads tbh.

Would it be possible to make a bunch of generated_stratagem_settings.dl_bins, like 4 or 5 with different configs that replaces already existing stratagems with ones that usually are not accessible? Would be awesome if someone could, or at least i am going to try as well in the mean time.

Maybe if you replace a mission stratagem with another one? I'll test it once I can get the normal swaps working on my end.

If i replace the hex for example the Machinegun / mg94, then the stratagen just disapears and i now not only didnt get an LAV, but no weapon at all.

So the hex codes WEREN'T reversed. The MG43 actually is A2 8F 4F 1B and the Patriot is 8F F3 9E 11. My dumb ass just misunderstood what was actually happening.
Thank god for people who actually know what they're doing, I guess.
