I don't know if this could help on future updates, but i tried to get as many traits as possible into Excel sheets.
Tried to get IDs for V+ sigils and their skill codes, plus Character Sigils & Spécial Character Sigils (those who got both skills).
The password is: GuizmoForFearLess
Granblue Fantasy Relink - Offset Sigils - Copie.rar
Eugen: Veteran's awakening+
name: 9C 91 BE 1B
Gran: Fearless soul+
99 E2 A6 52
If anyone has the trait and name ids for Vane's double skill would be much appreciated!
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Vanes double skill:
Name: Hero's Awakening+ ID: 8F 5D 3C 67
Hero's Creed: 74 A7 65 2E
Hero's Will: 68 F8 EF 16
Haven't seen this curio sigil mentioned here yet, Head Start
Name: Head Start V ID: 1C 9F C8 33
Head Start: E4 E0 68 15
Effect: Boosts attack power for the first 3 minutes of a quest. Applies to quests and fate episodes only.
It takes multiple to max out so maybe its like Supplementary Damage and can come as V+.
Edit: Actually now I noticed that all the sigils that can't come with a secondary trait don't even have "V" in their name so I'm certain there is a Head Start V+ out there somewhere

I cannot make the trait 2 stick after reloading save. Ive tried with "NEW" sigil tag as well and it still won't stick
Use the "new " marked one
1. Edit TRait 1
2. Edit Trait 2
3. Edit the sigil name that should match the main stat: example if your trait 1 is Critical Damage, you use the name of Critical Damage V+
4. After changing return 1 screen back at the blacksmith and upgrade the trait
5. Done.
Note: you need to change the name pointer like someone pointed out earlier.
If you use the normal number it wont stick, you need to use the hex name.

Yeah I have changed the address typo and yes, I'm editing the "NEW" marked one. Trait 2 always disappeared upon reloading

How are you getting your trait 2 line to change at all? I can only change trait 1

With the sigil editor in the latest table. Did you download it?

Yes when I use line 2, it updates only trait 1
Like for example I just went to my Attack Power IV+
Lines was
Atk / Darkflame Resistance
I went to trait 2 which should have altered Darkflame Resistance and changed the array value to B9 A5 59 37 which is dizzy resist
But now the Sigil is Dizzy Resist / Darkflame Resist
