Am looking for someone experienced in emulator cheat hacking who can hack this custom build of Xenia running Ace Combat 6 - Fires of Liberation (USA, Japan) (En,Fr,De,Es,It).

Stumbled upon this looking for Fires of Libgeration info for Xenia. I realize this says "Custom Build" but what in the world is this? I've ripped and converted my both Fires of Liberation and Assault Horizon DVDs so I can play using the Xenia 360 Emulator and the file hosted at MEGA listed above is only 220Mb. Of course I can see situations where someone might optimize a game's build for maximum emulation support but my fires of Liberation game data is 6.1Gb and Assault Horizon not too dissimilar at 6.7 Gb so is the above something you need to merge into your existing game data or? I just can't see shrinking a game's data that much.
