Activate Dino Trauma when you're in the game and you have full control of your player.
Ammo/Throwables
: Enable the option after you've fired one shot or used some grenade, it's the No Reload option for all weapons and throwables and don't reload!
Endurance/Health
: Get hit once and then enable the option, now have fun!
