Death must die item edits

I wanna modify item affixes in Death Must Die, yet I'm not sure how to either isolate an item or change it's stats.

I also tried to modify the whole stat(pull range) in the character stat page, but I can't even isolate that using all value types.

I see @EphenSteve made a table for item edits, but I couldn't get it to work. It's either cause I have no clue how to properly implement it or because versions are different. I also can't find the versions his table might have worked on.

Any info would be appreciated, thanks.
