Note:

Tested on Steam version but might work for other non-steam version as well such as Microsoft Store.

A minimum of Cheat Engine 7.0 is required but it should work on any version regardless. I try to make my cheats compatible across variety of devices and versions.

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Here is a working cheat for version: 1.1.2 on Steam

Features:
  • Boosts attack and defense stats of your commander so that your troops become 10x stronger.
  • Change Resources (gold, wood, stone, ancient amber, celestial ore, shimmerweave)
  • Unlimited Essence (types of mana)
  • Unlimited available Troops in towns
  • Boost magic strength of your wielder (kudos to CannonFodder)
  • Unveil map by increasing vision distance (kudos to CannonFodder)
  • Unlimited walking distance on Map (kudos to CannonFodder)
  • Maximize Level after next fight (kudos to CannonFodder)
Notes:
  • Please read "Table Extras" to know how to use the cheats
  • The problem of Hendrik379 regarding the Resources cheat is fixed. Now it changes the internal state and reflects that to the UI.
  • The problem of game crashing repored by johan01 & SvalBard77 is fixed with the help of CannonFodder: In some rare cases CheatEngine allocates memory far away so far jumps are needed, which somehow crashes the game. Now near jumps are enforced. But that can lead to an error message stating that no near memory can be allocated. See "Table Extras" for help

Changing resources only changes them visually. Not literally. Cant spend the gold/stone/wood.etc. that I increase.

Hi Hendrik,
thank you for pointing that out. I was mislead by the fact, that increase/decrease of values was correct, and the canAfford-Checks were passed prior to building/buying.
Now the resource cheat works as expected!

Yeah, in my game it happened too, if you change the resources, not even through the table and manually, disappeared the ability to put new buildings, improve them, not all, like, but all where you can hire units. I think that's not all, but all I could find out. Everything broke in the first missions of the Stoutheart campaign, I didn't check further, I just used only the cheat for infinite hp in combat. However, in the second mission of the campaign Rana stopped working and this, wrote an error that the wrong range of values in the script

I'm sorry, I cannot reproduce the error. I tested it with Steadfast#1, Rana#3 and Loth#4. With version 1.0.1 on Steam
I suggest you:
- restart the game
- load a working save
- save to a new entry to have a backup (don't quicksave here)
- enable resource cheat. The "change amount" gets activated too
- buy something (i.e. one unit) - you can also recruit from be a neutral unit building
- the current resource values should show up in cheatengine
- change resource value like you want i.e. 9999 gold
- buy something again (need to reflect the changed amount to the UI)
- voila!
- Now you can disable the cheat again if you fear it conflicts with the game
- save game (do not overwrite your backup)

Can you make a cheat for the essence? (pointer or unlimited)

I've tried making a script that has 3x essence income but it applies to both me and AI.(and only works for the order essence)
It's beyond my poor level.

Edit: I fixed the Resources cheat. Now it changes the internal State and reflects that to the UI. Please read HowTo from "Table Extras"

updated this table for more options:
tested on game version 1.0.0 steam

Enable Unlimited Move
Large Vision Radius
50x Exp
Get Essence
Get Commander Values (value change does not persist, for debug purpose)

fenuzulage's comment in scripts is very detailed and useful, thanks!

sorry, essence code access 2 set of addresses, one for display and one for real, it's beyond my ability to distinguish them.

Update1:
updated my table for essence, it's an ugly solution.
After activate the script, start battle, or open/close spell book, you get one of the "essence wallet" filled with display address of essence, change them to a large value (larger than 20), try to cast a spell (you will fail if not enough essence, just click the cancel button replacing the spell book button), you will get the other "essence wallet" filled with real address of essence, change them so you can cast spells for real.

Update2:

removed "reset offense and defense values" codes in commander script, which may cause bug and crash. But you have to save/load game for your wielder's base offence and defense value to return to normal.

add option :
Get Essence By Actually Cast A Spell

The former Get Essence option may give you enemy wielder's essence address, so I made this new one.
You can activate both option, open/close spell book, follow the steps in update1, then actually cast a spell, see if you get the real address of your wielder's essence.

Update3:
fixed memory allocation problem which may cause game crash from time to time.

Update4:
changed option:
1000 Attack and Defence and Spell Power
10000x Exp

add new option:
Get Commander Skills on Level Up Skill
the address will populate when you level up a skill, not learning a new skill
once populated, you have to deactivate it and activate again after a load or before level up another commander
any change to skill type or level will only persist after you level up again
if you can't level up after changing values, quick save and load

Thank you CannonFodder for this advice. I changed the scripts to use near allocation. (See also my post).
I added new features (unlimited essence, unlimited available troops) and included some of yours, with referencing you as author of course.
