if you want to edit the skillpoints or unlock all characters or stuff then navigate to C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\LocalLow\GameMill Entertainment\The Walking Dead_ Destinies...locate a .sav file and open with Notepad++...search for groupSkillPoints and edit your points and other stuff and save and reload your game.
