They should implement a mandatory pop-up, from now, that when you'll log in and in case you've added some "lazy request", that option will force you to edit your request or if you're just some incompetent, you'll have to remove your request and also that option won't give you access to nothing, unless you'll do the right thing, making the request in the rigt way, when you'll have three mistakes you'll get banned, you'll also receive a deadline to fix your laziness, if not, ban (mistakes can be automatically removed when the request is filled 100% in the right way), then you'll see how they'll learn, those lazy requesters or deny permission to post.
