You can use this: Initiate a trade and then hover the mouse to the item in your trade -> Change Item ID -> cancel the deal. You will get the item.
Work for all item.
But for the equipment, the sub-stat will not changed to original equipment you want to change.

The HP and MP easy change with legendary materials
The mushroom from nameless village gives MP, so if you get it for quest change stack.
For HP there is another legendary material don't remember name but it to gives 50HP.

Companions stats even if you try to edit them they will revert back.
So for now I use the HP, MP legendary materials as there is no limit how many you use.

Please update. I cannot use anything except create a new character, item editor, and time with the newest version. I mainly need to adjust the values for wisdom, trust, etc.

I found how to modify comprehension point and skill xp. Modifying comprehension point is current number - 1, so if current comprehension point is 23 then the number is 22 in cheat engine. Modifying skill xp is 600x with x is shown current xp and x is number between 0 to 9 so if current skill xp is shown 600, then number is between 6000 to 6009 in cheat engine. Both comprehension point and current skill xp is using 4 bytes.

Can you explain to me how the "added stats" work? I tried with the Comprehension Point but it doesn't match and doesn't work. And also the script won't work for characters that have reached lvl100?

It only works with the main character's Comprehension Point, not the companions' points.
