Table v4 is out!

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I've been using CE for years yet this table has me stumped ...
I apologize for having to ask; how do you use this table? When I load in and activate it all it shows are 10+ digit numbers: [Link]
Latest Steam version.

Edit: Nevermind. I verified game files and Steam downloaded something. Table activates just fine.

Seems like it needs an update...
Would love an invincibility hack, as none of these cheats actually help you in getting the in game achievements for beating all the bosses without taking damage.
