Activate Bzzzt after launching the game, then you'll have two stats options (waste some hearts first and if you'll see something related to alloc thingy, say yes to all), with plenty of options, i've played with these only:

ActualScrews - set it to 99 and lock it, pick one screw and that's that!
ActualTime - lock it to whatever you want your value to be!
Hearts - lock it to 4
PressedJump - lock the option, now multijump is enabled (i don't know if double jump upgrade is required though)

INFO: This was done for GOG version only, might work for others and also i've played only on easy, i've finished the game with these!There's 52 stages at 259% completed
