Money works a bit different than other games in that you are instead allotted Budgets for each category for each in-game week. So you have a car budget, an engineer budget, etc.
Its more like the Spending Cap in F1 Manager where its maximum expenditure, although it resets each in-game week unlike F1 Manager which is a yearly budget.

Retry Chances arent necessary since you can set it Unlimited as a career setting before you begin.

To add onto Options that would be nice, i would like to see skill points for your Engineers (idk if Co-Driver or 2nd Driver have skills or just engineers) UPDT - Regular Engineers dont have skill points, only Chief Engineer. Im still unsure about 2nd Driver.
