Go to market and pause game [press space]-> activate the script [your resources will changed] -> buy something once -> then deactivate [your resources will set to your max storage]

Sadly they affect the AI, so may as well use console codes. Ship health, I couldnt kill anyone but they could damage and kill mine lol
