Cheat shop available points are 4 byte, just scroll one variable in the cheat shop down by like 7 and search for the available point number, change and repeat.

For money I just search for an array of bytes:
90 B0 ?? ?? ?? 7F 00 00 ?? ?? ?? ??
I just look for the one that matches my HL(in hex) for the second set of ?? ?? ?? ??
Usually my HL is the first address.

I'm not sure if this will work for everyone, but the method works through restarts for me

HL and juice bar xp are secretly 8 byte variables. Just search teh number and change the variable to 8 byte.
