It isn't online, you can play it without internet lol. And you can indeed find values for both Health and Stamina, freeze them and get the ranked score.

The game is as online as mobile .io games.

yep most things are editable, money/hp/stam/healing/dmg
They will filter out the cheated match from their database though.
