pls help
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I saw that in the LOP_Game.locres file. There are also commands for achievement. Do you know how to unlock them using commands?

I am on pc game pass running through the xbox app on pc (the normal one from the windows store) and it in fact works for me

Use 7zip to extract, thats what I had to do for it to work.

Reinforce_Blade_Common_G1 -- Hidden Moonstone
Reinforce_Blade_Common_G2 -- crescent moonstone
Reinforce_Blade_Common_G3 -- half moonstone
