I didn't have any success yet.
I guess that ATB, HP, buffs, debuffs and limits should be possible to change as they are on the client side.
Currency (red and blue crystals, gils) are on the server side and can not be changed.

This game does not and will not have a PVP mode, if that is what you are worried about. There are only ways to help each other.
