CE 7.5 Tutorial isn't working

I installed CE 7.5 on my Windows 10 Pro 64-bit computer.
I then ran it, and am trying to run the Tutorial; I opened the process 00007E64-Tutorial-x86_64, and that is displayed at top of the window.
I then went to second page, which says:
"You see at the bottom of this window the text Health: xxx
Each time you click 'Hit me' your health gets decreased."

But that field is not displayed... in fact, *nothing* is displayed; under the Open Process button, the text "Found: 0" is shown,
and the Address and Data windows are empty.

What am I missing here?

It's probably a bug with the x84_64 version.
Add process that is named the step you are on, e.g Step 2. That will work. Or start the cheat engine tutorial without the x86_64 markings on it. That will work normally. Just tested this myself.

Okay, finally got back to this... long story short: nothing works...

I tried each of the executables:
Cheat Engine
Cheat Engine (64-bit)
Cheat Engine (64-bit SSE4-AVX2)

In each, I used OpenProcess on each of these processes:
000056DC-Cheat Engine 7.5 (both copies)
00004F00-Tutorial-x86-64
00004F00-Cheat Engine Tutorial v3.4

In all cases, the selected process name was shown at the top of the window, just under the menu bar,
but the data windows were always empty.

Excuse me, but it sounds that you made step 1 successfully - attaching CE to the tutorial.
Next step is to enter the value in the search field of CE and let it search...

Well then, I'm confused... as your image shows, the tutorial says:

Now that you have opened the tutorial with Cheat Engine let's get on with the next step.

You can see at the bottom of this window is the text Health: xxx

Except that I *don't* see the text "Health: xxx" ... I don't see anything at all...
My window looks much like yours - except that the address window is completely empty...

besides that you did not attach CE to the tutorial-exe and that you appearently did not a value and search for it, yes

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you are suggesting...
I followed the instructions in the Tutorial...
I used OpenProcess button to select the tutorial process; you can see the name at the top of my image...
Is there something else that I need to do, that isn't mentioned in the tutorial??
I'm following it pretty carefully...

okay, here you go...
As I noted in my original post, I tried *all* of the possible threads with OpenProcess, in *all* of the possible executables...
with exactly the same results... none...

So... is there a way to get Cheat Engine to actually open the process, as the tutorial says it will??
