Doesn't appear to be a 'permanent' fix unless you plan to keep it installed. If you remove it, it will treat the saves as a 'Modded' character again, even if installed before activating the console commands.

Which is to say that it suppresses the save being considered 'modded,' but it doesn't prevent it from being marked in the first place.
