Check out Sun's variant of the Achievement Enabler if you only want to do some "casual" cheating and retain an unmarked save. If you don't care, then the one linked earlier works perfectly fine as long as you leave it installed.

Just use my DLL and force a map load or save/auto-save. Game reads mod flag from save, my patch runs every frame and undoes it, then saves the "not modded" state of the flag back into the save on several events: map load/transition, getting achievements, auto/manual save. You pick.
And yeah, if you don't want the DLL anymore, once you've done the above, you can remove it. It's self-implied that removing the DLL won't help you if you use console commands again. Unless it conflicts with another mod file named
dxgi.dll, I recommend keeping it, as it doesn't affect game flow.
