Unlimited Resource. Use it carefully, it also affect enemy players
Edit:
For Unlimited Resource it is recommend to build storage areas first. My best experience is 1 for Planks (Wood), 1 for Stone, 1 for Weapons and 1 for Tools.
Instant kill still require 1-3 hits until they die, but still faster than normal.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Which Version are you using. God Old Games (GOG)?
Can you specify the level, it might not working in some of them.
The Instant Kill might require 1-3 hits, but still faster than normal.
