Error on Downloading Link

Hey there,

I keep getting errors like the one below in the screenshot. Can the owner please take a look? Or provide alternative ways to download the file? This keeps happening for a few months now and I still fail to download Cheat Engine since that error started happening.

Those errors appear from two different browsers, Edge and Chrome. And to be honest I have no idea what the problem is. I did whitelist the link and all.
