Dark Souls 3 Rosaria rebirths

Hello all, not sure if this is the right forum (DS3 is not technically a single player game but i dont use any enchancements for pvp, just chaning names and having flexibility.)

i want to restore the number of rebirths i have with rosaria to 5.

"rebriths" is a category under world flags/misc. the category is specifically called "rebriths - go one at a time"
the data field to change this is a binary value and i have tried many different methods of changing it to no effect.

Anyone know how to get back to 5 rebirths with rosaria using this method?
