I stated doing a quick play though and here's a few basic values I'm using for the Nov 2020 update. Use the "Safe Travel" augment to turn off random encounters. Also, be sure to set "Key Item Count" to be equal to the number of key items in your inventory if you use it.
If you want to add more items/augments, there's some good information regarding the codes here. [Link]
Here is an edit of the cheat list posted by tigertoe. I've added entries for Edge, Adult Rydia and Fusoya that were missing from his table (probably because he had not yet reached that part of the game.)
I'd like to request an update to this table too, and if possible I'd also like to ask for a 100% item drop rate cheat. FF4 has some obnoxious drop rates for stuff like three of Rydia's summons and a number of pieces of equipment.
I'd really like an update... The tables others have posted have been great, but I'd really like one where I can use pointer to select all items or specific ones I want to replace/add... specifically the augments lol. <3
I am also humbling requesting an update to include all of the options the original had. Really looking for the item editor part. I tried to do it on my own using some of those guides but I cannot make heads or tails on how to actually do it
Stumbled across this thread and decided to share my little contribution as well.
I took the table by tigertoe (and modified by Kheram) and added inventory support to it.
Now you can expand the Items record. Select an Item Slot and it will show the Type and Quantity. I've updated the Types from the list of items found here for your convenience: [Link]
Of note you need to edit existing items, you can't currently edit beyond your current item count. So you can change potions into goblin summons for example. The table also doesn't update immediately sometimes, just open the address for the type / count and save it, and you should see the values update.
Still playing this game, finding more values to update.
So it turns out the stats table for hp / mp / exp for each character are a little weird. hp and exp only work out of battle. So I added an "in battle" section for each character position for hp. Note that mp out of battle works for in battle as well.
I also noticed some weird behavior on the item codes and moved some of them into a new section for key items.
I also have paladin Cecil now and added stats codes for the 5 primary stats for him. I plan to do this for the 5 final characters when I reach end of game.
Still debugging this so if you notice anything weird let me know.
Scripts:
- Guil Modifier
- Guil Never Decrease (buy everithing for free)
- Infinite Items Out Battle
- Infinite HP In Battle
- Infinite MP In Battle
- One Hit Kill
- Combat Gauge Speed Multiplier (for both Allies and Enemies)
- Cast Gauge Speed Multiplier (only Allies, I don't know if works for Enemies too)
Pointers:
- Items Modifier (Open Inventory and scroll through items)
- Characters Info (Open Status and scroll through characters)
I went ahead and tweaked the one from Mad_Monkey a little bit and added in my clunkier key item support. Note that the item codes that contain things like augments or summons will crash your game if you try to sort your inventory and such because they belong under key items (fixed in this version). If I have time to make it cleaner like Mad did I'll update it as well if they don't beat me to it. Thanks again Mad.

Fast like the wind blows, I've fixed your Key Items cheat doing the same thing that I've already do with my "Normal" Items cheat.
Pretty easy when you know where and what look
Thanks for your tweaks!
In attachment!
EDIT:
New edit to the cheat table! Now it's Ver. 4
On "Items and Character Codes" script, under "Characters":
- Magic (Black & White)
- Ability
To see the correct character's Black & White Magic, open ONLY Status Menu. If you open Magic Menu, all magic are scrambled between characters (IDK why )
