Still working on my side . Is the script not activate at all for you or it can be activated but crash the game or point to the wrong data?

So maybe Im doing it wrong, but basically I launch cheat engine, select a lord, enable the master thing then the stat editor, only 2 traits show up (manner and trade or sum) their values dont show up but I can still change them.
But yeah I found a way around it ish. Cheat engine ur age at "Double" to set it to 20, then u can at least get all ur stats to 15

Save editor no longer works with current non-beta.

I managed to change some stats of initial characters (Born -36 which means 18yo, all stats @20 (max), except manners 13-15). I used Notepad ++ on a savegame.
I failed to edit other characters, especially children.

I always wondered how people finish this game. A few days after its start neighboring regions become alliances by themselves. How to make my alliance and make them part of mine? How do you actually finish the game?

N++ worked. I searched character's name, its stats are ABOVE the name in the file.
