UPDATE:
Enable cheats during stage
Enable cash after you pick some up
Enable tokens by entering the token shop and going into the game menu
Enable walk and run speeds by walking first
Enable aoe attack by doing a special with no directional input do the special again to populate values

I fixed tokens and added some more options for you to experiment around with. I have managed to softlock the game so be careful with changing aoe values. I did manage to beat the game effortlessly by changing them all to 99 while playing as Abobo and the governor. Setting run and walk speeds higher than 10 is not a good idea and this has to be done for each character individually.

with money you can resuscitate as many times as you want and buy all the upgrades

Cheats can only be enabled while in a stage and tokens can be enabled while at the title screen.

Thanks, by the way cheats are working in a stage but tokens are not working at title screen at all (I have Zero tokens actually) , I tried to activate (click) the Tokens script but it can't be flagged in title screen and in option menu.
Please can you check it out?

Open that script up and change the third line to this
aobscan(tester4,4C 63 8E 7C 03 00 00 48 8B C8 83) // should be unique

After that go into the token shop and into game where you can buy all the other characters and try to enable it. I managed to find some more cheats as well like cash, walk, run speed and damage. You can also apparently modify the hit box of an attack. I plan to update the table later on today and I will go back and fix the tokens script. Let me know if that fix works for you.
