[REQUEST] Demon's Souls NG+ Cycles

I'm looking for a cheat table which will allow me to change the NG cycle in Demon's Souls (BLUS30443). (This is an RPCS3 version, NOT THE REMAKE)

I've looked everywhere on this site and tried each of the tables I could find, none of 'em contains what I need.

Your help will be much appreciated as I want to do a challenge run on NG+7 without having to beat the game 6 times. Thank you.
