Please explain how can I find all my attachments?

However, in the "User Control Panel" I don't see the attachments section. Although, if I'm not mistaken, this section used to be. Where is this section now?How do I find all my attachments?
To find your list of attachments that you have uploaded, go to your User Control Panel and follow the links to the attachments section.
