As for now, saves are in plain text and resources are quite easy to find. Each resource has it's own id and there are two places to change it's value. There is also

easy to find. Kinda pain in the ass but will do until we get a table.

then, you could change 'coal electric' efficient. (ex:5000, then electric generate 400000power)
노동자수에 따라 변하는 노동력을 float으로 찾아서, 주소값을 +8을 더하면, 해당 위치가 그 건물 기본효율(base effiecient)에 해당함.
효율을 높이면 생산량이 증폭됨.

line and just change values of resources below that. Not sure this is feature or bug but if you set values to your own, they will not decrease. I recommend to not set to max tho, because sometimes you get missions and if resource is full, they will not produce it. Also, changed values do not count as storage but DO NOT BUILD additional one. Made a supplement table.
Table is auto updating (on table load), you will only need to download it once.
Features will be gradually updated. I removed the auto-updating table to prevent any drama.
You can use the standalone tables.
Current Features:
- Pointers (Make sure the city name is shown correctly, else go in game to populate value)
-> City Name
-> Knowledge (can set to Infinity)
-> Base Electricity Production
-> Materials List (Now you can change the material details for every existing material)
- Citizen Status*
-> Max Health, Zero Sickness, Max Ration Need, Max Water Need, Max Tool Need, Max Clothes Need
- Instant Construction (now actually constructs instantly when not paused)
- Instant Development / Research
- Max Materials / Resources (Overview -> Materials)
- Attachments
