When using the 4.5 table sometimes the aliens also become invincible, even the bosses become to and I how to shut it down for my squad to kill it, the problem was also present on the previous version, does anybody have a similar problem?
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
The save files are compressed zip files. Once extracted you can open them in notepad but it's only half legible.
I wonder if it is possible to edit Perks like that. I'd love to give my Marines all the Perks available. It would also be neat to add all the Upgrades (pouches, ammo, scopes, etc), but those come with visual changes so I don't know how nice they would play together.
I'm sure it's possible. Just need someone to figure out the encoding.
Even swapping the perks into more useful ones would already be awesome; so... has anybody figured this one out yet?
Also, thanks for the table!
New mod on Nexus has a means to enable console commands. Not sure if there is anything in there worth digging through or not. Can't find a solid list of console commands at the moment.
Fantastic table, on the topic of perks it's not too hard to find where each marine's perks are contained in the save file; it's in the Otago file which is inside the compressed Otago.sav file. If you search for MarineAttributeDataAssets:PDA_Attribute_[PerkName] you can find them: for example MarineAttributeDataAssets:PDA_Attribute_UnbreakableWill is Unbreakable Will. The big problem is that I have absolutely no idea how to then recompress the Otago file into Otago.sav without breaking it. Simply decompressing Otago.sav to get Otago, then recompressing Otago into Otago.sav (having made no changes to it), will break it and the game wont load it. I'm sure even if I knew the right way to recompress it then just changing the perk name might not work anyway because of padding and stuff.
Any chance we can get an update? Or can someone explain how to edit the table so that it can work with different versions of the game? Assuming it doesn't have to be rebuilt from scratch?
