Just tested and seems like it is there, or at least with EA App it is not possible to use cheat table. Not sure about steam, but i doubt it is different or is it..?
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
It's been known for awhile now that they had plans to include an anti cheat system. It was expected that they would use their own in-house solution that they made for Fifa/FC and this does seem to be exactly what they have done.
Now we don't know yet if it will be included in the full release, but apparently it was present on test builds so its highly likely that they will include it.
If they do include it then it will be impossible for the table to function unless you bypass the system, and bypassing the system will make it impossible to connect to their servers. So no podium pass and the like. But we'll have to wait and see how it plays out.
I will not be working on a bypass if they include it though and unless someone else makes a bypass and the game actually functions in offline mode then there would be no table.
Sadly it has the anti cheat system. I bought the champions edition. Tried to run cheat engine on background, the game won't launch. It says I need to close Cheat engine and run the game again. If you run the game first and run cheat engine after, the game would automatically crash similar to FIFA 23. Clearly needs bypass or something. sad day.
Its the end of cheat engine for Fifa and F1. Might as well go back to the older games and have a blast with mods that change them to latest season and use cheat engine to your heart's content. Never buy another F1 game from EA again. My last F1 game was 2021.
Someone will have to make a personal bypass, just for F1 24. I heard as soon as you even open Cheat engine. EA'AC closes the game. Wow. Even though Aci, put that disclaimer. Sad that someone else.. On another site, just had to make a AC bypass for the old AC in F1 23 and before, so we couldn't have nice things forever.
To make matters worse. The handling is trash, cadeish' nonsense that nobody asked for. Rest in piss, Codies! How I can't wait till EA Closes you down. Bye, Bye.

Bypassing EAAC like this means, you are locked to offline mode.
