It is possible to cheat on Android using GameGuardian, which I believe works similarly to CheatEngine. Right now there are three options in that cheat

• Super fast attack
• Dumb enemy (enemy don't attack)
• Increased speed (like when you buy VIP) - but this crashes the game and is unusable ATM

So if this game is similar to the phone version in usability, it is actually not 100% server based, as those things mentioned above and maybe, even more, can be chated.
