I've honestly tried the table and I can't say it is working. only thing that seems to work is the old EA unlimited resources, which is fine but not much more I can do with that.

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

new update broke the tables, revert your game to patch before in setting to work...

I can't get the trainer to populate anything at all. I guess because I have the updated version. It had an update recently.

i know it aint a ct, but you can edit files to cheat, in "game_config" folder find creatures.txt and edit it.
find "KEEPER_MAGE" or whatever and add: spells found from the spells.txt file, like:
