How to use this cheat table?

I know it is a stretch, but could you make "god mode" as well... This game is so underrated that it is rediculous. Almost as bad reviews as tropico 5 (4 and 3 kicked ass, and just about the best games of the genre ever made)

I keep dying on the main campaign when invading the cumans.

Perhaps impossible... but can it be made so that the ai does not also get hte bonuses? The 9th mission (popularity in constantinople) is impossible as they have 9999 goods of all kinds and thus i can not sell goods to improve my standing.

Or is there another way to do it? It needs to be 60% but i am stuck at 0%.

I could conquer the world without getting anywhere.
