Finished the list. As you said, you can buy everthing above starting from 199. Those are empty slots. The same thing I've noticed with ID 140-145. If I'm not wrong your cheat only unlocks cosmetics, right? I've unlocked all IDs from 1-250. But there is no flare gun in my equipment Inventory. Just check your equipment Inventory, you may find some white boxes and a different Flare Gun, that one would be the infinite ammo one.

1: Honks Maze Map
2-10: no item in inventory
11: Energy Drink
12: Flare Gun
13: Infinite Flare Gun
16: Mine Lantern
17-24: white box (no item in case file and won't be consumed)
25*: Knife from chapter 6
26-27: white box (no item in case file and won't be consumed)
28-30: no item in inventory

- in inventory it looks like Honks Maze Map
- holding F will kill you with only the blood animation and sound
- can't use any other items anymore (like flashlight)
- can't revive
- can't go back to the lobby but you can disconnect
- monsters will agro but you can't get killed
- you still can interact withobjects (like effigies)
- item will be consumed

I used GetItemCount since I already have some of them. It always returned me 0. If there would be an item, it would return me the item count.
