Dead space 1 Health regen script

Hello I would like to make a health regen script for the original dead space but I’m new to this script making thing and having some difficulty wrapping my head on how it works. I don’t wish for it to be super OP just maybe at least have it where it restores 1 point of health every 5 seconds. Just tell me what I need to write down and I’ll do just that.
