Health is something that doesn't only apply visually. Write down the health of one of your used/team characters and scan it when you begin a battle (4Byte), there won't be too many results, so if you take damage it'll update in the list of addresses found. From there, you could either set the value to something higher and freeze it, or create a script in the memory region that handles health (Right-click found address and check what writes to it). If you haven't messed with shared opcodes this will be something messy for you. The addresses change every time you enter a battle, so it is optimal to script it.
