What do you mean skill points? You mean the polymers?
The Craft For Free script makes those free as well.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

is there a way to unbug the free crafting thing? Even playing without CE my stuff resets to 99

You can set every ressource to whatever amount you want.

Does anyone knbow how to spawn blueprints for weapon-upgrades OR make weapon-upgrades possible without having the recipe?

There are two mods, one of them is named UETools and there's another named AtomicTrainer which enables the Debug Menu, search on google and you'll find it

yes. only attachments are applied without blueprint and can't make unlock weapons without blueprints
