The editors, yes. The rest of the cheats are free with HOTKEYS.

I tried the hotkeys but it wasn't working for me. Must be something on my end.

Windows Store version, any chance for support added there?
Thank you regardless. For me the dual purchase benefit on Xbox+PC was too good to pass up on.
